The topic for this week is Patient Centered Care: Developmental and Functional Considerations. The purpose of this module is to identify patterns of health problems across the lifespan. There are many considerations when learning about this topic; cognitive, developmental tasks, faith, moral, psychoanalytic and psychosocial development, and factors influencing growth and development. As always we need to look at this within the framework of the nursing process.
