I want you to research an article (within the last year) about an exceptional, or horrible customer relations/customer service story, and the impact that experience had on the customer(s), and the company. In your paper, highlight the company, organization, corporation, or institution, and detail the service or disservice that took place. The experience can be from any industry (Restaurant, hospital, airline, etc.) If your paper is on an exceptional experience: List some of the marketing, and customer relations tools the applicable company uses to garner their customersâ€™ support. If your paper is on a horrible experience: List some of the marketing, and customer relations tools that applicable company implemented for service recovery. Give me your opinion on the article: If exceptional; what can the company do to ensure they will never have a setback with their service? For insufficient service; explain, if their recovery method would have satisfied you as a customer, why, or why not? The paper should be no less than three pages long.
