Include an appendix page at the end of your assignment paper that contains the seven screenshots of the surveys results.

result.
A soft copy of this assignment must be submitted to BlackBoard with a cover page to your instructor using the link provided in Content/Assignments/Assignment #1
Report
After taking the surveys, you will write a report based on your scores, findings, and analysis. In doing so, follow the next steps:
Include a Cover Page with you:
Name
student number
course name
section number
instructors name. Note: make it professional. Ensure that all of the information is spelled correctly.
An introduction that explains what the report is about in at least 5 sentences.
Analyze the results for each test. Write in complete sentences and organize your answers according to tests, answers and analysis. Provide at least 5 sentences per analysis. Remember! The Goal is to Have you Reflect on the Result Not Just Tell Me What the Result is! In doing so, give me your impression of each test. Also, what did you learn about yourself that you thought were interesting?
Reflect on your overall strengths using the information/results provided for each test. In doing so, think of what went well for you? What was useful for you in terms of reflecting on your strength and merits as a professional individual? Minimum 10 sentences.
Reflect on your overall weaknesses using the information/results provided for each test. In doing so, think of what you think you need to work on more? What skills do you need pay more attention to? Or, you can simply criticize the surveys here, tell us why you think one -or more- fail to reflect youre the true essence of your character? minimum 10 sentences.
Reflect on the careers that are best suited for you. Is your dream job one of them? Have you ever considered these types of jobs as a career for you? Analyze the results. Minimum of 10 sentences.
Reflect on what this means for your professional development and career goals. Furthermore, tell me what you think you will be focusing on improving to prepare yourself for the future job market? Minimum of 10 sentences.
Write a conclusion of minimum of 5 sentences. My advice here is you try to warp up the main purpose of the entire assignment. In doing so, write a simple conclusion!
FAILURE TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN A LOWER GRADE I.E. 5 sentences when there are supposed to be 10 will be 5/10
Tests (Links are also included in a separate document see Assignment #1 folder)
Please take the following tests. Once you are finished, print your results and attach them to the report. You will use your results to answer the questions at the end of the document and to write your analysis.
Meyer Briggs Personality Test
The Personality TYPE test is designed to help you assess your personal characteristics. What kind of a person are you? Are you a "people person"? What kinds of information do you like to use? Do you make decisions with your head or your heart? Would you rather be doing activities on a scheduled basis or just act spontaneously? The Jung Personality Type Test, often called the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), reveals your personal preferences on each of four scales of basic preferences.
After taking the test, please state your personality type by copying your exact results from the web site. Only enter the four-letter code in all capital letters such as (ESTP, INTJ, etc.) and then analyze your answers by using these headings:
INTROVERT versus EXTROVERT
SENSING versus INTUITIVE
THINKING versus FEELING
JUDGING versus PERCEIVING
2. Competency Test
"What are my strengths?" Compare yourself with others in the labor force
Measurement of the 16 most common and work-related competencies
With development tips for each competence
It takes 15-20 minutes to complete this test

For each statement there will be 5 possible answers from which to choose. Dont think too long about the statements; there are no right or wrong answers. Filling in the questionnaire will take around 20 minutes. Try to do it in one go without interruptions. Please ensure that you are not disturbed. All questions need to be answered.
